Browser Support - Web Standards Matter

Thursday, June 21st, 2007

If you're new here, you may want to subscribe to my RSS feed.
Also, please consider getting the latest version of Firefox.
Secure, customizable, and standards compliant; you need Firefox!

I like Web Standards. [http://www.w3c.org]

I especially like browsers that support Web Standards.

If you are using Internet Explorer [any version] your internet experience is “broken”.

A standards compliant browser such as Firefox or Safari will ensure that your experience on this, and every other site, is consistent and works.

And, for very selfish reasons, this site will look better [especially as I make updates and changes to the layout] so you can better enjoy it!

Please, improve your online experience: download a better browser.

I am excited to let all of you know that I’ve got all of the photos from the weekend [North America Cup 2, 2007] together, nearly 850 of them [!!!], and I have been sorting, retouching, and working hard to present you with a great way to experience it again.

As of this moment there are two sets of photos posted to my Flickr account for you to enjoy: a collection of “highlights” from Saturday and Sunday.

If you are new to Flickr, or have not used it before, it’s great.
Really. Just great.

This is how it starts.

Please excuse the relative “mess” that is the unformed, virgin blog.
Everything looks so bland, everything looks so “installation fresh”, that it feels slightly embarrassing.

That will change. For now, here’s what we’ve got, so let’s enjoy it.
